Why Choose Concierge Physical Therapy
Traditional physical therapy clinics often treat multiple patients at once, which can limit the amount of time spent with each individual. In contrast, this concierge physical therapy model provides a more personalized and focused approach to care.
One-on-one care for the entire session – Every visit is a full 60 minutes one-on-one with the physical therapist.
Convenience of in-home treatment – No driving, waiting rooms, or busy clinic environments.
Individualized treatment plans – Each session is tailored specifically to your needs, goals, and progress.
Flexible treatment approach – Sessions may include hands-on manual therapy, targeted exercise, movement training, and education depending on what will benefit you most.
Focused attention and higher quality care – With no overlapping appointments, you receive dedicated time and attention during every visit.
This model allows for a more personalized and effective rehabilitation experience designed to help you recover, move better, and return to the activities you enjoy.

What To Expect
Treatment is built around you — your body, your goals, and your environment. In-home sessions allow you to receive expert care in the comfort and familiarity of your own space.
In-Home Physical Therapy | One-on-One Care | 60-Minute Sessions
-
Your first session begins with a comprehensive movement evaluation in your home. I assess posture, mobility, balance, strength, and movement patterns to understand how your body is functioning day-to-day. I also discuss your health history, current challenges, and goals so I can identify the root cause of discomfort or limitations.
-
Based on your assessment, I will develop a customized therapy plan tailored specifically to your body, lifestyle, and goals. Your plan may include targeted strengthening exercises, mobility work, balance training, and hands-on therapy techniques that are dynamic week to week
-
Each session is one-on-one and fully focused on your progress. I will guide you through targeted exercises, incorporate hands-on treatment as appropriate, and adjust your program as you continue to gain strength, mobility, and confidence in your movement.
-
My ultimate goal is to help you move confidently and independently. As you progress, I will provide you with tools, exercises, and movement strategies that allow you to maintain your strength long term.

For Physical Therapy services, I can treat you for the first 10 visits or 30 days following your evaluation, whichever comes first, without a referral. After that, you will need a referral from a medical provider to continue treatment. If your visit is categorized as a “wellness” visit, no prescription is required. If you aren't sure if you're seeking skilled physical therapy or wellness services, please contact me directly.
-
Once we schedule your first visit, you will receive forms to complete prior to your appointment via email. If you prefer, these forms can also be completed in person at the start of your first session. Also, make sure you have a safe space ready for exercises and manual therapy. You don’t need to bring anything unless your doctor or I have specifically requested it.
-
The first session is for me to learn more about you and your goals, and begins with a comprehensive assessment of your movement, strength, balance, and any areas of pain or limitation. From there, I will begin hands-on treatment and guide you through exercises tailored to your needs. Together, we can establish your personalized plan moving forward.
-
No special equipment is required. I bring all necessary tools for manual therapy and exercises. If certain equipment will help your program, I’ll let you know and guide you on how to use it safely at home.
-
All sessions take place in the comfort of your home. I bring the necessary equipment and create a safe, effective treatment space wherever you are.
-
Each session is 60 minutes, fully one-on-one, with all the time focused on your care.
-
The number of visits and duration of treatment depends on your condition, goals, and progress. During the first session and evaluation, I’ll outline a personalized plan and provide guidance on how often sessions may be needed to achieve your goals.
